Windward Youth Leadership Fund – Pacific American Foundation Windward Youth Leadership Fund Bryan 2026-05-29T05:22:16-10:00 Windward Youth Leadership Fund (WYLF) Empowering Windward Youth to Lead and Serve Their Communities Changing the course of at-risk youth. WYLF is a partnership between the Pacific American Foundation (PAF) and the Castle Foundation, supports youth-led service projects that uplift Windward Oʻahu communities.
On your community by leading a project you believe in By sharing your story and outcomes To funding, mentorship, and a platform to highlight your work Grants of up to $5,000 are available to groups of at least three youth (aged 18 and under) who are taking action on the issues that matter most to them.
Helping You Succeed From Start to Finish From school class groups to hula hālau, sports teams to youth-serving programs—if you’re undertaking a service project, WYLF provides an opportunity to raise funds to support your group. The Pacific American Foundation helps you succeed from start to finish. We’ll assist with proposal design, offer technical support, and help you share and celebrate your story.
Along with technical assistance we help you develop strong proposals Webinars and troubleshooting throughout your project.
