Do you have an event, initiative or effort that needs additional support? If so, fill out the form on this page to apply for a sponsorship from the Kansas Health Foundation. Through the Kansas Innovation Fund: Seeding Social Change for Health Equity grant opportunity, the Kansas Health Foundation will provide up to $5,000 per grant for ideas using innovative and creative ways to improve health and wellness in our state.
