2026 Women's Economic Mobility HUB Program Application - Women's Foundation of Arkansas Women's Foundation of Arkansas 2026 Women's Economic Mobility HUB Program Application Opens May 4 2026 12:00 AM (CDT) Deadline Jun 8 2026 11:59 PM (CDT) The Women’s Foundation of Arkansas (WFA) is seeking candidates for the 2026 Women's Economic Mobility Hub cohort.
The WEM Hub is designed to support women-owned businesses in underserved communities, with priority in the Arkansas Delta, by providing technical assistance along with additional resources, including $5,000 in unrestricted grant funds to help scale their businesses. If selected for the WEM Hub, I will commit to the following requirements: 1.
Participate in (via teleconference and/or in person) SIX two hour monthly WEM Hub sessions, which will include technical assistance and/or networking events. Please note that the required WEM Hub Opening and Closing Sessions will be held in person in Central Arkansas on Thursday, July 16th and mid-January, 2026 , respectively. Details and dates for each session will be provided to you before the start of the program.
2. Provide a brief narrative outlining the use of the $5,000 grant and intended outcomes to be accomplished with the funds. 3.
Complete pre and post program surveys and monthly evaluation forms to demonstrate lessons learned, provide data, and any additional feedback. Application & Deadline Applications with required information should be completed no later than Sunday , June 7 , 2026 at 11:59 PM (CDT). Upon submission, please look for confirmation of receipt.
Eligibility Determination Applicants will be selected based on the following criteria: 2. Must be an existing business in which 75% is owned and operated by one or more women who are U.S. citizens. 3.
Must be a bona-fide registered business operating for more than one year within the state of Arkansas. 4. Must be an entity operating as a for-profit corporation, partnership, LLP or LLC, or sole proprietorship.
Not-for-profit corporations or similar non-profit entities are not eligible. 5. Must be in good standing with the Arkansas Secretary of State and be current on all county, state, and federal taxes.
