Households located in participating districts using uncertified wood stoves, inserts, or fireplaces as a primary source of heat. How does this program provide benefits to priority populations? Larger incentives provided for members of priority populations, as well as outreach targeting these residents and prioritization of applicants from these populations at the regional and local air district level.
