The Work, Learn & Grow Employment Program is a New York City Council-funded initiative that builds on the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). WLG provides enrolled SYEP participants, ages 16-21 and currently in school, with career readiness training and paid employment opportunities for up to 25 weeks.
