By combining flexible capital with training and coaching, the Accelerator helps individuals turn skills into income while building the tools, confidence, and systems needed to grow and sustain their businesses. As more people turn to entrepreneurship, many lack access to capital and digital tools.
This Accelerator addresses that gap by supporting both an entrepreneurial mindset and an AI mindset, positioning AI as a practical partner in how solopreneurs build, operate, and grow their businesses. Participants will learn how to use AI to improve efficiency, strengthen decision making, and reclaim time.
The Accelerator will support an initial cohort of 15 aspiring solopreneurs nationwide focused on building and scaling small businesses.
Each participant will have access to: $10,000 grant for business expenses provided by the Workday Foundation; Claude AI credits from Anthropic to empower participants with the latest generative AI models and accelerate their AI skills; AI-first entrepreneurship curriculum designed by LISC to provide AI upskilling; and Wraparound coaching through LISC’s network of Business Development Organizations (BDOs).
LISC will work with BDO partners around the country to select 15 solopreneurs who are best positioned to capitalize on the tools and resources we’re offering to help nurture the growth of their businesses. Solopreneurs will be identified through a nomination process. The Accelerator is not accepting unsolicited applications.
Register to receive the curriculum While the grants, Claude AI credits and coaching are limited to the cohort of 15 solopreneurs, the Accelerator will make the AI-first entrepreneurship curriculum publicly available to assist small business owners looking to upskill around AI use.
