Donnelly Workforce Success Grants.
These grants support job training, placement, and advancement for unemployed and underemployed adults and incumbent workers. The WCTF is a funding opportunity being made available to support the ongoing economic recovery and growth objectives of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
These strategic investments are part of the ongoing effort by the Massachusetts Workforce Skills Cabinet (WSC) to align public and private resources across the system and scale effective career pathway programs that better position residents who want to be hired into jobs that businesses need filled.
Submit Application and Proposal Here Questions will be accepted in writing through: March 6, 2026 Submission Due Date: March 9, 2026 This grant is administered by Commonwealth Corporation on behalf of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development and the WSC. As part of this strategic approach, this Request for Proposals (RFP) is designed to fund training and placement programs.
