This grant could potentially provide partial or full funding for a CSU East Bay certificate program! Must be 18 years or older Unemployed or underemployed (earning below the living wage of $35. 11) Alameda County resident (excluding Oakland) or laid off from an Alameda County employer within the last 6 months.
