Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions will accept public comment on the proposed New Mexico 2026-2027 WIOA State Plan Modification from March 20, 2026 – March 29, 2026. The draft of the modification will be posted on the department’s website at https://www. dws.
nm. gov/WIOA. The 2026-2027 WIOA State Plan Modification is the required 2-year update to the state’s strategy and goals for Workforce Innovations & Opportunity Act (WIOA) for the state of New Mexico to the U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Labor.
All New Mexico stakeholders are invited to participate in the review and comment process to finalize the New Mexico 2026-2027 WIOA State Plan Modification.
