gov Request for Grant Application (RGA) – Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) One-Stop Operator application period has closed Request for Grant Application (RGA) – Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) One-Stop Operator The Alaska Workforce Investment Board (AWIB) is seeking applications for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) One-Stop Operator grant .
This funding opportunity aims to support coordinating and operating the One-Stop delivery system to ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality workforce services. Funding Source: Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Purpose: To procure a One-Stop Operator responsible for coordinating service delivery among One-Stop partners, as outlined under WIOA regulations.
Eligibility: Eligible applicants include public or private organizations, nonprofit agencies, institutions of higher education, workforce development agencies, and other entities capable of managing One-Stop operations in compliance with WIOA requirements. Contract Period: Begins July 1, 2025, and ends June 30, 2027. Begins July 1, 2025, and ends June 30, 2026.
Begins July 1, 2026, and ends June 30, 2027. Total Funding Available for the Contract: $400,000. 00 ($200,000.
00 per funding period). Subject to the legislative authority, availability of federal appropriations, and allocations. Funding levels may vary depending on federal and state allocations, program performance, and other factors.
Release Date : Monday, March 17, 2025 Submission Deadline : Wednesday, April 16, 2025, by 11:59 pm Anticipated Notice of Award : June 1 st, 2025 Interested applicants must review the complete Request for Grant Application (RGA) document , which includes detailed eligibility criteria, funding priorities, and submission instructions.
Procedures for Submitting Question Proposers may submit questions regarding the Request for Grant Application (RGA) via email to: jeffrey. steeprow@alaska. gov All questions must be submitted no later than nine (9) business days before the RGA deadline.
The deadline for submitting questions is Monday, April 7, 2025.
