After an extensive and competitive process for the 2025-2027 biennium, the following organizations have been awarded funds to provide outreach, pre-apprenticeship training and supportive services to socially and economically disadvantaged individuals across Washington state. These represent the initial 2025 award amounts. Additional funds may have been added through amendment, based on proven need and availability.
2025-2027 Pre-Apprenticeship Support Services Providers Area served: King County - Northwest Region Career Path Services $500,000 Area served: Benton, Franklin and Spokane counties - North Central, South Central and Eastern Regions Area served: Pierce County - Olympic Region Area served: Snohomish County - Northwest Region Area served: Northwest Region Perry Technical Institute $1,056,120 Area served: Yakima County - South Central Region Area served: King and Spokane counties - Northwest and Eastern Regions Electrical Workers Minority Caucus of Seattle $60,445 Area served: King County - Northwest Region 2025-2027 Workforce Advancement and Vocational Education (WAVE) Youth Marine Foundation $500,000 Area served: Pierce County - Olympic Region To be ready to apply for PASS Program funds for the 2027-2029 Biennium, your organization must be registered with Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS).
