West Virginia Central Credit Union - West Virginia Central Federal Credit Union | Parkersburg & Vienna WV Our Day of Giving was created in support of International Credit Union Day which celebrates the spirit of the global credit union movement. We are dedicated to supporting our communities and the organizations serving them. We want to raise awareness about the tremendous work local volunteers do every day to support our community.
Each year, we set aside funds to support the community through charitable donations. In 2023 we partnered with the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation (PACF) to oversee our Day of Giving and grant application program. If your organization is in need of funding, complete the application and let us know how we can help.
We will consider making contributions to organizations, agencies, and activities serving the following purposes within Jackson, Pleasants, Ritchie, Wirt or Wood counties in WV and Washington in Ohio.
Financial Education and Youth Programs Community and Cultural Development Senior and Veterans Programs Applications Opens: June 1 - APPLICATION WILL OPEN ON JUNE 1, 2026 Applications Close: August 30 All applications for the Day of Giving are to be submitted via the PACF grant portal. The distribution of funds will be on October 13, 2026. Your organization will be notified if we are able to fund your request.
