Safety Improvement Fund - Wyoming Department of Workforce Services Helping Wyoming businesses create safer workplaces The Wyoming Safety Improvement Fund helps businesses strengthen workplace safety through training or equipment upgrades . Funding can be used to improve safety beyond what is already required for your industry, supporting proactive, prevention-focused solutions.
How this program can help your business Support health and safety training for your workforce Offset the cost of new or upgraded safety equipment Reduce workplace injuries and related costs Build a stronger, safer work environment Wyoming businesses are eligible if they are: Registered and in good standing with Wyoming Workers’ Compensation Registered and in good standing with Unemployment Insurance , if required Registered and in good standing with the Wyoming Secretary of State , if required How much funding is available?
Up to $10,000 per business each year Funding period runs July 1 through June 30 A 10% match from the business is required, if enrolled in a Wyoming Workers’ Compensation Discount program. A 20% match is required when the business is not enrolled in any Wyoming Workers’ Compensation discounts Complete the appropriate application form (training or equipment) Submit the form by email or mail 📧 Email applications to: BusinessRisk@wyo.
