STOP Violence Against Women (VAWA STOP) Grant Program is sponsored by Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet. This formula grant program, administered by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) and managed at the state level by the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, supports the development and strengthening of effective law enforcement, prosecution, judicial strategies, and victim services in cases of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and/or dating violence. Funding priority is given to victim advocacy services, prosecution, law enforcement, courts, and discretionary programs.
