Youth leadership initiatives are designed to cultivate purpose, resilience, and ethical decision-making.
Our comprehensive approach addresses multiple dimensions of youth development. Emotional Intelligence Development Helping young people understand and manage their emotions while developing empathy and social awareness. Leadership Skills Training Building practical leadership skills including communication, decision-making, and team collaboration.
Connecting youth with caring adult mentors who provide guidance, support, and positive role modeling. Engaging youth in meaningful service projects that develop civic responsibility and community connection. Including families as partners in youth development to reinforce learning and strengthen family bonds.

Improving Veteran Mental Health Grant Program is a grant from The Cigna Group Foundation that funds nonprofits providing housing stability and wraparound support services to improve the mental health of military veterans.
