Grant applications are expected to open in early-September each year. What is the last day to apply for a grant? The application window for each of our grants runs congruently.
The deadline to submit any of our applications falls on November 15 th of every year. All applications must be submitted by 11:59pm MT to be eligible for review. How do I apply for the grant?
Once open, applications are available on Survey Monkey . If this is your club’s first time applying for a grant, you will need to create an account on Survey Monkey. If you are returning applicant, you must login to your existing account.
When can I expect to hear back whether my club was accepted or rejected for a grant? The application review process is lengthy with many applications received and each application individually reviewed. We are grateful for your patience as clubs are usually notified of their selection in late February.
I am the Primary Administrator for my team’s Survey Monkey account and need to add additional staff members. How do I do that? Additional team members can be added to your application by the Primary Administrator.
This can be accomplished under the ‘Manage Organization’ section in Survey Monkey. I am the Primary Administrator and need to add additional staff members. What are the different roles?
There are three different roles which you may assign to your support staff: Non-Administrator: Can access and view the application only. Cannot make any edits or submit the application. Organization Administrator: Can access, view, and make edits to the application.
Cannot submit the application. Primary Administrator: Can access, view, make edits, and submit the application for review. Only one primary administrator can be assigned per organization.
I was assigned access to my team’s application but am unable to make edits. Help! If you can access your team’s application but are unable to make any edits, you likely were assigned a non-editing permission role.
This role can be elevated to an editing role by your team’s Primary Administrator. Our club would like to reapply for a grant, but the listed Administrator on Survey Monkey is no longer with the club. How do I get in?
If the assigned Administrator listed on Survey Monkey for your team is no longer with your club, please reach out to grants@usaswimming. org , as we will have to work with the Survey Monkey tech team to reassign access. In your email, please include the full name and email address of the new Administrator.
