Youth Music Trailblazer Fund is sponsored by Youth Music. This fund has two grant streams to support young people who want to change their lives through music but face barriers due to their identities, backgrounds, or life experiences. The grants are for organizations that want to trial new ways of working, sustain grassroots programs, or disrupt the status quo. Work must meet themes such as early years, disabled, d/Deaf and neurodivergent young people, youth justice system, young people facing barriers, young adults, organizations, and the workforce.
