Youth Philanthropy Board Grant – New Castle County

Highmark BluePrints for the Community Small Grant is a grant from the Highmark Delaware Fund at the Delaware Community Foundation that funds nonprofit organizations and community-benefit government agencies serving Delaware residents. The program supports projects addressing health and wellness, community enrichment, and social needs for underserved populations in Delaware. Awards of up to $50,000 are available to incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofits and eligible government agencies including libraries, parks, and public school districts. Lowe's Hometowns Grant Program is sponsored by Lowe's. This program aims to restore and revitalize community spaces across the country through physical renovations. Consumers can nominate a community space in their hometown, such as a neighborhood garden, park, or community center. While broad, it can apply to infrastructure improvements within a community context.
