Youth WORK - Work-Based Learning Opportunities for Digital Skills is sponsored by The Community Foundation (Broward County, Florida). This program supports projects that create or increase work-based opportunities using digital skills training for students in grades 8-12. These opportunities can include traditional jobs, paid or unpaid internships, job shadowing, or apprenticeships, lasting a minimum of four weeks.
Priority is given to applications that use a job coach model. Projects should demonstrate measurable outcomes in young people's engagement in work-based opportunities and their proficiency in life, soft, and digital skills.
