That’s why the Zendesk Tech for Good program partners with over 110 nonprofits across the globe to give them free Zendesk software, grants, and pro bono support, empowering more organizations to leverage technology and serve more people.
### What is the Tech for Good Agents of Change program? The Zendesk Agents of Change program partners with nonprofit organizations that offer workforce development training and upskilling services to historically marginalized or underrepresented adult communities.

Using generative AI, these advanced AI Agents can have back-and-forth conversations with your customers, potentially resolving requests without ever requiring a human agent. You can even script conversation flows so an AI Agent handles certain types of conversations with more fine-tuned control. ### What are the Tech for Good Impact Awards?
The Tech for Good Impact Awards will be providing free software and multiple grants ranging from $5,000 - $50,000 to global nonprofit organizations.
