GEMFIRE STUDIO SKY BREAK: These turn-of-the-century properties have been renovated to offer rental apartments for artists writers and composers. The rental rates are kept below market rates to assist artists creating an artistic community within New London and to support the Residency Programs.

The ROGER W. DENNIS IMPRESSIONIST GARDEN: Located on a vacant area between the buildings a large garden planted for the use of the artists and writers living there. In addition to the artists and tenants use neighborhood residents and local elementary and middle school groups use the RWD Garden for art poetry and science projects. Several times during the year the GAC hosts special programs for schoolchildren in the garden.
