About the New Mexico State Data Center Program - New Mexico EDD State Data Center Program Labor Force & Unemployment New Mexico State Data Center (SDC) Program & Data Sources By statute and a memorandum of understanding with the U. S. Census Bureau, the Economic Development Department is the designated State Data Center for New Mexico .
