CT on February 20, 2026.
Failure to submit a Notice of Intent to Apply will render a new or re-compete applicant ineligible to apply. Continuation grantees are not required, but encouraged, to submit a Notice of Intent. Submission of a Notice of Intent to Apply is not an obligation to apply.
