Arts Grants - West Virginia Culture Center : West Virginia Culture Center Application Requirements: ● Applications must be submitted through the GOapply grant portal ● All applicants must be registered as Vendors with the State of West Virginia and have a completed W-9 on file. ● Organizations are required to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) from SAM. gov .

Cultural Facilities and Capital Resources Fast Track Grants (ADA and Emergency Grant) is sponsored by West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History. This program provides funds for smaller renovation and construction projects to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, to provide access to public buildings for people with disabilities.

This program provides funds for smaller renovation and construction projects to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, including improvements like accessible restrooms and ramps. It also covers emergency needs for arts/history museum infrastructure.
Youth Engagement through Public Art is a grant from the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History that funds visual two- and three-dimensional public art projects that actively engage local youth in planning and/or implementation. Awards of up to $5,000 are available per project. Projects may be indoors or outdoors but must be located in a public place and experienced free of charge. Eligible applicants include West Virginia 501(c)(3) youth or arts organizations, public schools, and local governments. A 25% match of total project costs is required. Applications are reviewed by a panel of West Virginia Commission on the Arts members, with bonus points awarded for projects in counties designated as economically at-risk or distressed by the Appalachian Regional Commission.
Jerome Early-Career Project Grants is a grant from Forecast Public Art, funded by the Jerome Foundation, that funds the creation of new public art projects by early-career artists based in Minnesota. Two grants of $8,000 each are awarded annually to support temporary or permanent public artworks anywhere in Minnesota. Projects may be supported by public or nonprofit agencies but private commissions are not eligible, and a secured project site is required at the time of application. The program places special emphasis on supporting BIPOC and Native artists, LGBTQIA+ artists, women artists, immigrant artists, rural artists, and artists with disabilities. Eligible applicants are Minnesota-based individual artists with 2–10 years of generative experience. The application deadline was October 15, 2025.
The Local Cultural Council Program is a grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council distributing $1,000 to $10,000 through a statewide network of 329 Local Cultural Councils (LCCs) representing every city and town in the Commonwealth. Each LCC awards funds based on local community cultural needs as assessed by council members. Eligible applicants include artists, nonprofits, schools, and organizations pursuing arts, humanities, and science projects. Applications are submitted directly to local councils and are typically due by October 16. Grants from most LCCs are reimbursement-based. Massachusetts Cultural Council funds the LCCs centrally, which then regrant to community projects.
