Within these pillars, we provide special consideration to organizations that harness the power of AI to strengthen their capacity, administer the grant program, measure outcomes, expand AI training for staff, and enhance long-term sustainability. * ### CARING — Health Awareness, Education and Prevention **Grant programs that support obesity and behavioral health initiatives.
** * Programs that promote healthy lifestyle choices to prevent and reduce obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. * Priority areas; nutrition education, access to healthy environments, community recreation, and increased physical activity. * Preventive and educational programs that build resilience, reduce stigma, provide screening and increase awareness for mental health services.

* ### CONNECTING — Access to Better Health **Grant programs that address social determinants to improve the health, well-being, and quality of life of residents. ** * **Food Security:** Increased access to healthy foods, nutrition education, and solutions for food deserts. * **Health Care Access:** To address gaps in care for the uninsured by expanding access to primary care, oral health, and other health services.
* **Transportation:** Transportation for individuals for medical and dental appointments, health care services and to access healthy food. Grant range: $10,000 - $50,000 * ### CREATING — Arts & Community Health **Grants that support arts organizations to improve community health. ** * Encouraging healthy behaviors (physical, oral and mental).
* Promoting health literacy by equipping residents with the knowledge and tools to understand, navigate and act on health information. * Connecting communities to available health services and resources. * Delivering clear, relevant, and memorable health information – e.g., encouraging healthy behavior through creative expression.
