Capital Grants & Loans Application - Presbytery of Philadelphia Capital Grants & Loans Application Capital Grants and Presbytery loans may be available to supplement the financing for the maintenance and preservation of capital assets: structural repairs, such as roof repair/replacement; capital equipment, such as boilers, and other capital expenditures.
Capital Grants and loans are reviewed and considered for approval by the Commission on Financial Management (the Trustees of the Presbytery of Philadelphia). The Trustees of the Presbytery understand the challenges of maintaining buildings and other capital needs as part of responsible stewardship. As such, they stand willing to assist congregations who have demonstrated a faithful effort in the ongoing going care of their facilities.
