All students receive the Crusader Grant of $1,150 thanks to our generous donors. Tuition does not include registration fee, books, laptops, lunch, or athletic fees. FACTS, a 3rd party tuition management company, provides an online application for families to complete. FACTS requires family financial information including recent tax returns, W-2’s, and a nominal fee. FACTS provides CMH with an unbiased financial evaluation of each family.

Early tuition assistance application decision deadline CMH Financial Pathways Committee reviews all verified applications in order of submission. Communication of early tuition assistance decisions Letters will be sent to all families with verified applications that submitted by 11/15/26. By Registration Night (February 1, 2027), all families with verified applications will know tuition assistance decision.

There is no need to apply; the plan is automatic and is available to all applicants from both supporting and non-supporting parishes. Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) CMH participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program , which allows eligible students to attend a participating private school in grades four-year-old kindergarten (K4) to 12. Students who apply must meet a residency requirement and a financial requirement.

To meet the residential requirement, students must reside outside of the Milwaukee Public School District and the Racine Unified School District. More information is available at: www. dpi.

We are happy to provide a chance to showcase academic achievement and dedication to faith-based education. Students interested in applying for the following scholarships may do so by completing an application. Please click on each scholarship to learn more about its criteria.

Applications for the Caritas in Omnibus, Eagle, Youth Program, Fr. Schmelzer, and Joan L. MacGregor Music Scholarship will be due no later than November 15, 2026 .

Scholarships may be awarded in addition to tuition assistance awards. Students must take their High School Placement Test at CMH to be considered for any scholarships. Our lady of Memorial Merit Scholarship The scholarship will be awarded to the incoming freshman who scores highest on the composite score of the CMH placement test.

This award may continue to be earned sophomore, junior, and senior year as long as the student ranks in the top 10% of their class. The Our Lady of Memorial Merit Scholar is also eligible for other CMH merit awards and tuition assistance awards. No application needed.

Merit Scholarships are awarded to students testing in the top 20th percentile on the High School Placement Test (HSPT). Scholarships range from $1,000 to $4,000 and automatically renew each year. Students must take the HSPT at Catholic Memorial to qualify for this scholarship.

No separate application needed. Rose and Louis Scrima Scholarship This scholarship is based on the top 10 students who take the CMH Placement Test are interviewed by a selection committee. 2 students are awarded a 4-year renewable scholarship.

This is awarded to the student with the highest score in Math section of the CMH placement test to receive this one-year merit scholarship. No application needed. This is awarded to the student with the highest comprehensive score in verbal, language, and reading sections of the CMH placement test to receive this one-year merit scholarship.

No application needed. Caritas in Omnibus Scholarship This scholarship is reflective of our CMH Value: “Caritas in omnibus”/ “Charity in all things. ” Students complete the application and write a short essay explaining their community service experience and highlighting their leadership skills.

Students with a family member who serve(d) in the military, law enforcement, or firefighting professions are eligible to apply. We ask students to please complete the scholarship application and write a short essay highlighting how their family member’s career has positively impacted their life.

Youth Program Scholarship This scholarship is awarded to any 8th-grade student that has participated in a CMH youth program is encouraged to apply for this one-year merit scholarship. Anthony on the Lake This scholarship is awarded to a current parishioner of St. Anthony on the Lake. Please complete the scholarship application and share achievements and community service experience to be considered for this one-year merit scholarship.

Carol Buechel Scholarship - Christ King Students from Christ King Parish and School who attend Catholic Memorial High School will receive an annual $1,150 scholarship. This is thanks to the generosity of Jay (CMH ’83) and Christa Multhauf, who established the scholarship in honor of Christa’s mother, Carol Buechel, a founding member of Christ King Parish.

This scholarship is automatic, and there is no need for Christ King students/parishioners to apply for it. Catholic Education Opportunity Award The Catholic Education Opportunity Award has been created to celebrate CMH’s 75 years of academic excellence in Catholic Education. We know that many Catholic grade school families are not sending their children to Catholic high school. The purpose of this award is to create pathways of continued access to Catholic education in high school.

While financial need isn’t a criterion, we aim to assist families who may have previously thought Catholic high school education was out of reach. This $5,000 award will renew all four years the student attends CMH, equaling a total value of $20,000.

Strongest consideration will be given to students who identify in the following ways: The first child in their family to attend a Catholic high school Students attending a Catholic grade school Families who are active in their Catholic parish The application requires an essay submission that can be written individually by parent or student or could be a collaborative effort between parents and students.

Apply for the Catholic Education Opportunity Award Here The Wisconsin Department of Revenue - Schedule PS (Private School) allows parents to deduct up to $10,000 per student in grade 9-12 at a Catholic high school, regardless of income. Parents with students in grades K-8 at a Catholic grade school may deduct up to $4,000.
