While these webisodes are designed with students in mind, all are encouraged to attend. Free ASME Membership for 2 Faculty/Staff As a CCEP partner, we’ll offer the college 2 free ASME memberships for faculty or staff to access all the resources and benefits that are provided for ASME members.

Free ASME Membership for your students We’re happy to extend our free membership offer to any student enrolled at your college who is interested in engineering, regardless of major or enrollment status. We would love to learn more about how we can collaborate with you and your college. Our workshops and webinars We design the workshops to enhance engineering education and skills as part of the academic journey.

As a CCEP partner, you can do more for your students beyond the classroom by becoming a member of our faculty advisory council and help guide the direction of our program. CCEP students are encouraged to join our student ambassador board to become an ASME Champion, network with peers, gain leadership skills, and provide feedback for improvement. Thanks to our generous funders, all CCEP programming efforts, partnerships and ASME Student Memberships are free of charge. Do students need to be engineering/STEM majors to receive free ASME Student Membership? No!

All students enrolled at your 2-year institution at the time of sign-up are eligible for free ASME Student Membership. Are there resources available to faculty and administration who get involved with ASME’s CCEP program? Yes!

Our resources range from networking opportunities, professional development, supplemental curriculum materials, and more! In addition, each partner college can receive up to two complimentary ASME professional memberships for faculty and staff. org. Where are most of the current ASME CCEP colleges located? We have partner institutions from coast-to-coast of the United States!

ASME’s CCEP program helped to address some of the student challenges. Many students were able to connect with professionals and to receive resources to help them prepare for their careers. By leveraging and marketing ASME resources in partnership with Dallas College, we may convince a student to attend Dallas College, rather than another school.

Director of STEM Institute, Dallas College, ASME Faculty Advisory Council Students have been able to take advantage of mock-interview sessions & workshops that give insight on team building and problem-solving techniques relevant to multiple engineering industries. Our engineering staff have attended conferences that focus on engineering education, curriculum development, & an abundance of networking opportunities.
