Federal Highway Administration U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE National Bridge Inventory National Tunnel Inventory Competitive Highway Bridge Program Competitive Highway Bridge Program – FY 2026 On June 26, 2026, the FHWA posted the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to fund Fiscal Year 2026 bridge bundling projects for replacement or rehabilitation of bridges in eligible States.
Eligible States are Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Interested eligible States shall respond to the NOFO.
