Funding for this Program was limited, and the number of applicants that met the eligibility requirements exceeded the available funds. Even though we received your application or were in the process of reexamining it due to guideline changes, funding was limited and exhausted before completing the review of your application. Important Information for 2023 Tax Returns 1099 Tax Forms Now Available for Download If you received a grant for this program in 2023, you are required to report it on your upcoming 2023 tax returns.

The New York State COVID-19 Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant Program was created to provide flexible grant assistance to currently viable small businesses, micro-businesses and for-profit independent arts and cultural organizations including independent arts contractors in the State of New York who have experienced economic hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
