Individuals may not apply for CREATE. • CREATE participants within an entity’s application must be a current member of an EMS or trauma agency, or sponsored by an EMS or trauma entity and meet the standards for employment by the entity. • To access the CREATE grant application, you must complete the pre-application steps first .
Once you have completed these steps, you will receive full access to apply for the program. Complete applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) administers the EMTS Provider Grant program, and the Colorado Rural Health Center manages the education and training portion, known as CREATE (Colorado Resource for Emergency and Trauma Education).
Applications for CREATE must be submitted through the Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC), separately from applications to the EMTS Provider Grant program, which are submitted to CDPHE. Colorado Energy Efficiency Business Rebate Program is a grant from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment that funds energy efficiency upgrades for small businesses in eligible Colorado communities.
