CS Fund Grants is sponsored by CS Fund. Supports programs with national and international impact, focusing on food sovereignty and regenerative food systems.

CS Fund seeks to create an equitable democracy and achieve a just transition to regenerative economies and food systems. We envision a world where the dominant global economic, social, environmental and political systems are just, equitable, inclusive, healthy and sustainable.

We seek transformative change away from our current systems, which were founded on – and continue to advance – white supremacy, oppressive state power, rapacious racial capitalism, and industrialized food systems that cause incredible harm to Indigenous, Black and other marginalized communities and our planet. We address critical, under-resourced issues, contend with root causes of problems, and support systemic solutions.

We support social movements and supportive infrastructure in the US and the Global South. We provide multi-year, long-term general and program support as well as responsive support for urgent needs. We accompany our grantees and organize other funders.

CS Fund has a long history of ESG investing. Today, we have embarked on a journey of learning, policy development, and implementation to advance our mission and values through our investments. We bring our voice together with other funders to advocate for critical issues related to our grantmaking.
