Call for individual mobility 2025-2026 | Culture and Creativity Artists and cultural professionals, who are: legally residing in one of the Creative Europe countries, including the overseas countries and territories and outermost regions active in one of the following sectors: architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts, and visual arts; No specific level of experience is required The call for individual mobility allows applications from individuals and groups of up to 5 people.
What does the grant offer? 85€ per day of project implementation. travel distance under 5 000 km -> 400€ travel distance from 5 000 km -> 800€ The travel distance is calculated automatically in the application form, based on a one-way straight line.
The grant offers additional funding, if applicable: Green mobility top-up: 400€ Overseas countries and territories / Outermost regions top-up: 175€ Family top-up: 200€ per child 30€ per day of project implementation Either the actual cost or a fixed allowance for personal assistance or sign language interpretation, depending on the assistant’s professional status What is required to apply?
One artistic or cultural project to be carried out in another Creative Europe country, with the support of an international partner. This project must follow 2 of the following objectives: to learn, to create, to explore, or to connect. One international partner The international partner collaborates with the artists and cultural professionals during the project implementation.
Applicants chose their own international partner, which can be an individual or an organisation.
Applicants must upload the required supporting documents: official national identification short curriculum vitae (CV) artistic and creative portfolio letter of invitation from the international partner The deadlines for the call for individual mobility 2025-2026 are on a rolling basis as follows: Create an account on the Goethe-Application Portal.
Register as an “individual” (even if you are a group), then select “Culture Moves Europe funding” and then “call for individual mobility”. Complete the application form Complete the application form in English. You don’t need to be fluent; using online translation tools is allowed, and language skills are not evaluated.
Edit and save the draft application before making a final submission. All applicants must carefully read the call document before submitting their application. After each monthly deadline, applications are checked for eligibility.
Two independent evaluators assess eligible applications. The jury, made up of a minimum of three people (representatives from the European Commission and Goethe-Institut), will then select the projects that will receive support from Culture Moves Europe. It will consider the evaluator’s score, the project’s duration, as well as other criteria such as geographical and sectoral balance, and other inclusion aspects.
All applicants receive the result of their application via the Goethe-Application Portal within 8 weeks after each monthly deadline. Wildfire Prevention Grant Program is sponsored by San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy. Priorities for RMC Wildfire Prevention Grant Program: 1. Protect and expand native forests/wildlands; 2. Support communities in increasing their resilience to wildfire and improving fire safety; 3. Promote sustainable land use; 4. Promote investment in wildlands management and workforce development; 5. Protect cultural resources vulnerable to wildfire. Funding for projects will fall under three main categories: San Gabriel Mountains and Foothills Fire Prevention Planning and Management: Projects under this category will serve mainly the San Gabriel Mountains and Foothills. Work may include invasive species management and fuel break maintenance in the Angeles National Forest, fuel modification of open spaces in foothill communities, or protection of tribal cultural resources from fire impacts. Urban Wildlands and Hills Fire Prevention Planning and Management: Projects under this category will serve mainly the San Jose, San Rafael, Montebello, Puente, Chino, and Coyote Hills, which are urban wildlife corridors surrounded by urban development. Work may include fire prevention planning, fuel load reduction, invasive species management, and maintenance of defensible space. Forest Health: Fire Recovery, Response, Restoration, Education and Stewardship: Projects under this category will cover all regions in the Mountains, Hills, and Foothills. Work will improve forest health through a variety of actions with co-fire prevention benefits including native habitat revegetation, infrastructure improvements, and public stewardship building. Applications: Applications will be submitted in two phases: a Concept Proposal and a Full Application. Applicants will first submit a Concept Proposal that will be reviewed by RMC staff for consistency with RMC goals, any specific program priorities, and the strength of the proposed project. In addition, RMC staff will look at all Concept Proposals for location, need, project type, readiness, threats, cost, and cost share. RMC staff will offer applicants feedback regarding alignment with priorities, overall merit, and any ineligible costs. RMC staff will select Concept Proposals to move forward and will invite selected applicants to submit Full Applications.
