Dallas Housing Opportunity Fund | LISC Fund Management The Dallas Housing Opportunity Fund (DHOF) is designed to address Dallas' critical need for additional affordable housing. By leveraging municipal funds with private capital, the fund drives much-needed development to expand housing options across the city.
As a mission-driven investment fund, DHOF partners with local housing developers to create and preserve affordable homes, improving residents have access to quality housing. The fund focuses on creating and retaining housing units for households earning at or below 120% of the area median income in Dallas.

The City of Dallas recently announced a conditional $6 million economic development grant as seed funding in the DHOF.

Projects such as Kiva East, Envoy 64, and Jaipur Lofts all advance a shared mission: delivering on high-quality, affordable homes in neighborhoods where rising costs are putting pressure on long-time residents. Dallas Brings Affordable Housing to Gentrifying East Village With Opening of Jaipur Lofts The City of Dallas’s first of eight new affordable housing developments is now open for leasing at 2102 Annex Ave.
in East Dallas’ East Village. The complex is the first tax credit housing project in the neighborhood in more than 20 years. The investment pools sponsored by LISC are available only to eligible investors, are offered only pursuant to their official offering documents, and are managed by LISC Fund Management (LFM), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LISC.
