Welcome - Northeast Oregon Economic Development District NEOEDD works closely with communities to provide financial, technical, and educational resources for entrepreneurs/ small businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities in Northeast Oregon (Baker, Union and Wallowa counties).
City & County Representatives We support Northeast Oregon’s small businesses and entrepreneurs with workshops, funding (loans, Individual Development Accounts, and other resources), and technical support (e.g. researching feasibility, writing marketing plans; and coaching on employment issues and employee engagement).
Individual Development Account Training and Contracted Services Training and Contracted Services NEOEDD supports Northeast Oregon’s low- to moderate-income residents by providing a matched-savings Individual Development Account program. We also seek community engagement in resiliency efforts and our CEDS process .
Individual Development Account AI Unlocked - Baker City and Virtual Project Submission Form: Baker, Union, and Wallowa Counties Please use this form to submit projects for potential inclusion in the Northeast Oregon Economic Development District’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). Once projects are included, you can use the CEDS to demonstrate that your project has been listed in a regional plan.
Projects should have a positive impact on economic or community development. To be included in the CEDS, projects must have a public or non-profit sponsor. Private projects should not be submitted and will not be included in the CEDS.
You may submit multiple projects by returning to this page. The space for providing answers will expand. The NEOEDD board will consider new project additions at their quarterly meetings.
