MSHDA Funding (Copy) — Northwest Michigan Coalition to End Homelessness Michigan State Housing Development Authority Emergency Solutions Grant Program 2022-2023 (MSHDA ESG) The ESG program funds street outreach, emergency shelter operation, services for emergency shelter residents, rapid re-housing programs, and homeless prevention programs run by private nonprofits and government agencies.
