OMH253032 - Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative Round 10 Behavioral Health Providers Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative Round 10 New York leads the nation in affordable housing preservation and construction. The State Fiscal Year 2026-27 Enacted Budget continues to fund Governor Hochul’s comprehensive plan for housing that ensures New Yorkers have access to safe and secure housing.
This funding is for the creation or preservation of affordable and supportive housing units.

Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM EST, Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Conditional Award Notifications are tentatively scheduled to be made on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and the Contract Start-Date is TBD. To allow more time for applicants to respond, the deadline for submission of ESSHI Round 10 applications is now September 9 at 2pm EST .
