The United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID’s) Inclusive Development Hub within the Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovative (DDI/ID) has announced the availability of fiscal year (FY) 2020 Disability Program funds to support programming the Employment and Economic Empowerment (EEE). The resulting award will be subject to Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 200 – Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and USAID’s supplement, 2 CFR 700, as well as the additional requirements found in NOFO Section F. Subject to availability of funds, and USAID discretion, USAID/Nepal contemplates awarding no more than two cooperative agreements per 2 CFR §200.24, and the Automated Directives System (ADS) 303.3.11 and 304.3.3, respectively, for a twenty-four to thirty-six month period of performance, in each of the following categories:(a) Programs ranging from $300,000 – $500,000; and(b) Programs ranging from $500,001 – $1,000,000.Nevertheless, USAID reserves the right not to fund the submitted applications.
