It will fund projects that create more opportunities for persons with disabilities to access and maintain employment.
In addition, it will fund projects that remove accessibility barriers for persons with disabilities in Indigenous workplaces or Indigenous communities.
Application period : January 16, 2026, to March 12, 2026, at 3:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) Funding amount : Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for a project that is up to 24 months in duration Who can apply : Not-for-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, Indigenous organizations and municipal and territorial governments Applying for funding takes time and effort.
To help determine if your organization may be eligible for the Enabling Accessibility Fund (EAF) 2026 Call for Proposals (CFP), please answer a few short questions . Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) will hold virtual information sessions to provide an overview of this application process for organizations interested in applying for funding.
The dates for the sessions are as follows: January 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time - English January 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time - French February 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time - English February 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time - French You will be redirected to a website outside of the Government of Canada.
