Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility - Ministries - Central Forms Repository (CFR) Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility 2026-27 Enhancing Access to Spaces for Everyone (EASE) Grant Guidelines The Enhancing Access to Spaces for Everyone (EASE) Grant provides funding for small capital projects that improve accessibility in Ontario communities for people with disabilities and older adults.

This document provides information, direction, and guidance to municipalities, Indigenous governing bodies and not-for-profit organizations interested in applying to the EASE Grant.

Accessibility Compliance Reporting Portal Organizations obligated to report their compliance under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005, including the Ontario Public Service, the Ontario Legislative Assembly, and designated public sector organizations, and businesses and non-profit organizations are required to complete and submit their Accessibility Compliance Report through the Accessibility Compliance Reporting Portal.

The portal allows organizations to: • Submit an accessibility compliance report or update their organization profile, • Access saved drafts, and • Review previously submitted reports and updates.

Seniors Active Living Centres Program Guidelines 2026-27 This document provides information and instructions to help support anyone who manages Seniors Active Living Centre funding, including: requesting and managing funding, program delivery, and reporting back to the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility. Transportation Standards Reference Guide The Transportation Standards Reference Guide provides information about accessibility requirements from the Transportation Standards that apply to designated public sector transportation organizations who offer conventional or specialized transportation services, according to sections 34 to 62 and section 78 of Regulation 191/11 under the AODA.

Accessible Recruitment Process The Accessible Recruitment Process form provides information to help organizations meet the needs of employees and job applicants with disabilities, and comply with sections 22 to 24 of Regulation 191/11 under the AODA.

Providing Accessible Emergency Information to Staff The guide Providing Accessible Emergency Information to Staff provide employers with resources that can be used to develop individualized workplace emergency response information for employees with disabilities, as required by the Employment Standards under the AODA.

Design of Public Spaces Standards (DOPS) Reference Guide The DOPS Reference Guide provides an overview of the scope, applicability and specific requirements of DOPS in order to help organizations understand and comply with sections 80. 1 to 80. 44 of Regulation 191/11 under the AODA.

2023-24 Inclusive Community Grants Program Guidelines The Inclusive Community Grants (ICG) Program supports local governments, community organizations, and Indigenous groups in considering Ontarians of all ages and abilities during the different stages of community planning and development projects. Through the ICG Program, eligible organizations can receive maximum funding of up to $60,000.
