Initiatives for Survivors The Everytown Community Safety Fund invests in community-based violence intervention (CVI) efforts led by 501(c)(3) organizations across the country — supporting the people, programs, and strategies working to prevent violence and build safer communities.
We provide flexible funding alongside training, convenings, and coordinated advocacy opportunities that align with strategic priorities and elevate grantee voices — strengthening and scaling this work nationwide. Our investments expand outreach to those at highest risk, deepen partnerships with hospitals and local governments, and advance proven approaches to prevention and healing.
Each spring, we invite organizations to apply for grants, internships, and fellowships designed to meet the evolving needs of the field and fuel continued growth of the CVI ecosystem. Each opportunity includes its own eligibility criteria, application requirements, and deadlines. We believe lasting progress is driven by sustained investment in what works.
