Provides job creation and investment incentives to eligible for-profit business entities for “green projects” or projects that make products or develop technologies primarily aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions or supporting the use of clean energy.
This can include manufacturing or development of products or technologies for renewable energy systems, vehicles using non-hydrocarbon fuels, heat pumps, energy efficiency, clean energy storage, and other products that significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
