Early- and growth-stage technology companies with innovative financial and insurance solution s. G rowth-stage enterprise solution companies interested in servi cing financial services and insurance clients . Companies interested in collaborating with the Lab’s financial institution s as a partner .
There is no fee to apply. Participation in the Lab is non-dilutive — no equity or investment is required. Companies with a solution that can be tested and deployed.
Proven track record of successfully integrating with customers. If selected, core members of the company must participate in New York City during working hours for the 3 months of the program (March – June).
Based on feedback from senior executives at participating financial institutions, this year’s Lab is searching for promising early- and growth-stage companies developing solutions in 10 major areas: Agentic Infrastructure that embeds into existing infrastructure to orchestrate AI agents across an organization to act autonomously, speed up workflows, and reduce repetitive manual tasks; AI Estate Management tools that oversee enterprise AI applications and usage, ensuring compliance and efficiency through governance, explainable AI, and AIOps; Front-Office AI Enablement leveraging AI to drive growth through supporting customer-facing teams, delivering hyper-personalized client experiences, and enhancing marketing activities; Next-Gen Processing that applies AI and automation to reinvent manual processes within specific business disciplines, enhancing employee efficiency and streamlining routine workflows across niche operations; Talent Transformation platforms that support HR teams as they adapt to an AI-enabled workforce, with a focus on collaboration and productivity tools, hiring and retention, and employee training powered by AI; Data Architecture and Infrastructure tools that accelerate enterprise data modernization through optimized cataloging, taxonomy, and governance, enabling organizations to gain meaningful business insights and power AI use cases; Cybersecurity Solutions that defend against advanced threats while embedding compliance into operations, including post-quantum cryptography, fraud prevention, and AI data-sharing protection; Compliance and RegTech tools that help financial institutions stay ahead of regulations, simplify compliance, and prevent fraud through process automation in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML), digital identity management, and audit assistance; Blockchain and Digital Asset platforms that create new value opportunities through tokenization, smart contracts, and distributed ledgers with a focus on cross-border payments, alternative asset management, and AI intersection; Research & Insights platforms that collect and organize external data sources, delivering actionable insights to improve advisory and investment decisions in asset and wealth management.

Frequently Asked Questions We do not currently live in the United States. Can we still apply?
Yes, you can still apply. However, you must have eligibility to work in the United States and/or obtain visas on your own. The FinTech Innovation Lab will not sponsor visas.
Member(s) of senior management work for one of the participating organizations (Accenture, VC, FI, Portfolio company, etc. Can we still apply? Yes, but you must disclose your affiliation on your application form. Our company has already received funding.
Can we apply to the Lab? Yes, you can apply to the program even if you have received funding. If you have, please be sure to include details regarding past rounds of financing.
What if our company has concerns for competitive reasons about one of several of the participating financial services firms and VCs reviewing our application? Please note this concern in the “additional information” section at the end of the application along with the name of the firm with which there is a potential conflict. That firm(s) will not have access to your application during the initial review process.
However, they will have access to the elevator pitch and basic corporate info (i.e. company name, address, contact). What stage does the FinTech Innovation Lab New York focus on? The FinTech Innovation Lab New York focuses on early and growth-stage companies with at least a beta technology/product, especially those which will benefit from the senior access and relationships at the Lab’s forty plus participating financial institutions.
We are also interested in growth stage companies that have a product being deployed outside financial services that are interested in entering the financial services vertical. If our company is selected to participate in the FinTech Innovation Lab, how long do we have to stay in New York City? The program is hybrid, however, your company’s core team is required to attend all in-person events throughout the 12-week program.
Is there a fee for applying or joining the program? There is no fee to apply.
