FMCSA will also accept applications from non-accredited institutions that are approved by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) as eligible training providers to accept Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) grants and approved by the State Approving Agencies (SAAs) and the U.S. Veterans Administration (VA) to accept VA benefits.
To the extent permitted by law and to the extent applicable, priority will be given to grant applications in accordance with DOT Order – Ensuring Reliance upon Sound Economic Analysis in Department of Transportation Policies, Program, and Activities.
