Global NY Grant Fund – For-Profit Business is a grant from the Empire State Development (ESD) of New York State that funds small- and medium-sized for-profit businesses seeking to expand their exports and create jobs in New York.
Companies can receive up to $25,000, which reimburses up to 50% of project costs for eligible export promotion activities including market customization, trade shows, export workshops, and product adaptation for foreign regulations. To be eligible, companies must have 500 or fewer employees, be based in New York State, and either produce 51% of the product in New York or be certified as a local producer.
Not-for-profits are separately eligible for up to $100,000, reimbursing up to 75% of project costs.
