Hawaii Dental Service Foundation Community Scholarship | HDS Hawaii Dental Service Foundation Community Scholarship Hawaii Dental Service, Hawaii's leading dental benefits provider, offers two scholarship programs for Hawaii residents. State of Hawaii residents enrolled in a Dental program at an accredited university. Full-time students who demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.
