Truman Heartland Community Grants is a grant from the Truman Heartland Community Foundation that funds programs benefiting Eastern Jackson County and Cass County communities in Missouri. The program supports projects in arts, culture, and historic preservation; adult and non-traditional education; community betterment including youth development, senior programs, transportation, violence prevention, and racial equity; health and human services; and wildlife conservation statewide.
