6: UUP Individual Development Award Applications Due Jan. 6: UUP Individual Development Award Applications If you need funding for professional development projects, workshops, or conferences, consider applying for a UUP Individual Development Award. Applicants can receive up to $2,000 each year for up to two projects or activities.
The Individual Development Awards (IDA) program is offered by the NYS/UUP Joint Labor-Management Committees. Applicants can receive up to $2,000 each year for up to two projects or activities. The program is open to full-time or part-time employees who are represented by UUP.
Full-time employees must be a member of the UUP Bargaining Unit when they submit their applications and during the dates of the project(s) or activity(ies) being covered through the IDA award funds. For more information please review the grant guidelines .
