View it as a Web page . SIPA is excited to announce that both our Micro-Grant Program and the SIPA/NIC Innovation Fund are now accepting applications.
This program is designed for state agencies to put more information and services online. Since 2020, SIPA/NIC has funded 20 state agency projects valued at $1. 6M in total investment.

This program is designed for all Colorado governments. Since 2010, more than 327 Micro-Grants and $1. 5 million have been awarded for all Colorado governments across the state.
