Grotta Fund for Older Adults Grants is sponsored by Jewish Community Foundation of Greater MetroWest NJ. The Grotta Fund supports programs benefiting older adults, their families, and communities in Essex, Morris, Union, Sussex, and eastern parts of Somerset counties, New Jersey. Focus areas include advancing care delivery, geriatric assessments, home-based services, and promoting socialization and community engagement.

Robert H. Spitz Foundation Grant is a grant from the Scranton Area Community Foundation that funds nonprofit organizations serving residents and animals in Lackawanna County and Northeastern Pennsylvania. Priority funding areas include breaking the cycle of poverty through access to housing, transportation, education and economic opportunity, as well as programs supporting Jewish culture, heritage, and cemeteries. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofits; organizations that have received funding for three consecutive years must wait one full year before reapplying. Awards range from $10,000 to $100,000. The application process begins with a Letter of Intent, with the 2026 deadline on May 1. Two grant cycles are offered annually.
